HSF Wuxi Electro Mechanical

The company is located 130 km northwest of Shanghai, in the heart of the very rapidly expanding Yangtze-delta region. Operations started in 2006 and has grown quickly during the past years, now employing more than 60 persons. Our customers are located both in China and abroad.

Production:

The operations are divided between mechanical production and assembly. At present, the mechanical production consists of

• Single-, multispindle- and CNC-lathes
• CNC-milling machines
• HSM, high speed milling machines
• CNC punch press
• CNC-bending machines
• CMM, Coordinate-measuring machines (3D)
• Centerless grinding machine

Due to increasing customer demand, HSF Wuxi is continuously investing in new machines to increase the capacity.

We offer mechanical and electromechanical assembly as well as soldering. We provide the products as sub-assemblies or ready packed box built assemblies.

Quality:

We use statistical process control and are ISO 9001:2008 certified. Our quality department is using, among other equipment, an advanced CNC-coordinate measuring machine for measuring our mechanical components. We provide measuring protocols upon request. HSF Wuxi is working towards achieving certification for automotive industry standard ISO/TS 16949 and environmental standard ISO 14000 during 2011.

Supply chain:

We cooperate with a wide range of local suppliers of raw materials, casting, heat treatment, painting, surface treatment etc. in order to be able to deliver the finished goods according to the three fundamental demands; at the right time, with the required quality, and at a competitive price.

Trading:

HSF Wuxi Electro Mechanical has a license to provide trading services.
