Elimag Radarmekan AB, specialized in high speed aluminum machining has been awarded a ten year contract with MTU Aero Engines, Germany's leading engine manufacturer and the global Number One independent provider of commercial aero engine maintenance services.

The contract comprises the development of manufacturing methods and the manufacturing of the chassis for MTU Engine monitoring system used in Airbus A400M military transporter.

The undertaking involved Elimag Radarmekan, Mölndal operation and our partner Alumbra AB, a company specialized in salt bath brazing. With long experience in defense radar applications, the two companies are the leading manufacturers of salt bath brazed aluminum parts in Europe.
